Important Tuition/Billing Reminders


  • Tuition is due the first day of class.
  • QuikPAY™ electronic billing and payment system is the official means of generating bills to all Western Washington University students.
  • Late fees apply after the 15th of each month whether the date falls on a weekend or not.
  • GET payments must be ordered 10 days in advance of the due date.
  • A Release of Financial Information form must be filled out by the student to grant parents/guardians access to student account information by phone (Federal Educational Rights to Privacy Act).
  • Students are responsible to pay university charges incurred before or after the billing statement date whether or not a billing notification is received. (Reference online account menu, View Accounts/Today’s Account Status for details of charges incurred after the statement date.)
