Washington state law allows for exceptions to the refund policy for medical reasons, military reasons, or university error. If you qualify for a medical exception, please contact the Office of Student Life. For Military or University error exceptions, you must complete the Tuition/Fees Refund Exception Petition Form which is available online or from the Student Accounts office.
