Electronic Billing & Payment Services
QuikPAY™ electronic billing and payment system is the official means of generating bills to all Western Washington University students. Your student account can be viewed online by clicking on the link "VIEW AND PAY ACCOUNT" within Web4U or from the Pay Tuition, Housing and Fees link from the WWU homepage. QuikPAY allows students to view monthly billing statements and pay these statements by eCheck or credit card (see Payment Options). Students may also set up authorized payers to view and pay tuition bills on their behalf.

Features and Benefits
Once logged into QuikPay, you can :
- View tuition bills
- View billing and payment history
- Pay tuition bills online by automatically deducting the amount from a checking or savings account (no fee) or with a MC/American Express/ Discover charge card (2.75% Convenience Fee).
- Download and print a copy of the bill for sending check payments via U.S. Mail
- Forward an e-mail copy of the bill to parents, spouse, or others.
- Set up parents and other authorized payers to view and pay your bills.
Authorized Payers can:
- View student’s tuition bills
- View student’s billing and payment history
- Pay student’s tuition bills by automatically deducting the amount from a checking or savings account (no fee) or with a MC/American Express/ Discover charge card (2.75% Convenience Fee).
- Download and print a copy of the student’s bill for sending check payments via U.S. Postal Service. IMPORTANT: Please include the barcode portion of the statement.
- Available 24 hours a day/7 days a week from anywhere in the world via the Internet
- Immediate posting of payment
