Check payable to Western Washington University in US dollars. Please write your WWU Student ID# on your check. Include top barcode section of billing statement with check and mail to:

Bring payment coupon (top portion of ebill) to the University Cashier, OM 245 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The University Cashier takes the following form of payment:

  • Cash
  • Check - payable to Western Washington University in US dollars. Please write your WWU Student ID# on your check.
  • Debit Card - Visa/MC
  • After hours - follow the steps for Check and place envelope in the drop box outside Edens Hall.
