QuikPAY™ electronic billing and payment system is the official means of generating bills to all Western Washington University students.
Tuition bills and current account detail may be accessed through Web4U.
Tuition, fees, and housing charges are due the first day of class.
Students with current account activity will be notified monthly, between the 20th and 25th via their WWU email account that their statement is available for viewing.
To avoid late fees, university charges must be paid in full and on time. It is important for students who add courses after the statement date to check their current balance to determine their full payment requirement.
Students are responsible to pay their outstanding balance whether or not a billing notice is received.
