The committee broadly represents the campus community providing comment on the quality of existing services and responds to new initiatives. Members of the committee may act as an appeals board concerning exceptions to the campus catering guidelines. Members review proposed hours of operation and review annual proposals for retail and catering rates. The committee provides feedback on the quality of the campus dining experience.
