Charge:
Charge: To make a recommendation to the President by _____ , on the components of the University's 2005-2015 Capital Plan. The recommendations of the committee should be consistent with the strategic and draft comprehensive master plans of the University, and should support the operating budget strategies being developed for the next biennium, and beyond. The recommendations should propose the identification and general priority of major capital projects (projects over $5 million) over the ten years of the Capital Plan.
The committee's recommendations will be seriously considered in preparing the University's Capital Budget Request proposal that will be acted upon by the Board of Trustees at the June meeting.
