4/1/2008, ACC. A subcommittee of the Early Registration Implementation Team has developed an academic year schedule to support the early registration process as follows:
Summary of changes:
1. Firm deadlines for catalog submission to TCCC, Graduate School, GER/FYE and ACC
2. Completion of summer school schedule in fall quarter (Summer school will issue contracts and have departments sign off on final spreadsheet)
3. Date established for release of temporary funds (approved by the Provost)
4. Faculty contracts/PAs moved to spring quarter
5. Course fee proposals moved later (Departments will enter proposed fees into the schedule and, if necessary, a final adjustment will be made upon final approval of fees)
6. Minor adjustments to other events
