Minutes displayed on the website follow RCW archival guidelines for the Faculty Senate, a governing body of Western Washington University. Minutes in paper format are available for viewing in the Faculty Senate Office for six years, and are then stored permanently at the Western Washington University Archives. Minutes are eventually microfilmed as a permanent record of Western's governance history. |
