Currently Offered Programs

(Updated for Summer Quarter 2013)

We strive to offer quality exercise classes with quality instruction!

*As of Winter 2013, per law requirements, we will have to charge sales tax on all of the exercise classes that we offer.  As a program, we have decided to absorb this cost, and it will not change the prices of the classes for the you, the participant.

Our offerings are diverse:

  • We have 8-9 AM, noon-1:00, noon-12:30, 1:00-1:30 & 5:30-6:30 PM class times. *For our hour long classes during the day, they will begin at about 5 minutes after the hour, and end about 10 minutes before the hour to accommodate for lunchtime travel.

  • We use 5 locations on campus: Carver Gym (Gym's A, C & D), Humanities Room 210, Viking Union Building 565/MPR/714, Old Main Solarium and 2 outside classes that meet at various locations around campus.

  • We offer classes for very beginning exercisers, all the way to advanced fitness gurus, and everything in-between!

  • All of our classes are geared toward Western's population needs and time constraints.
