Employee Development Trainings:

 

Western’s Human Resources Department is excited to introduce our new Employee Development Program!  Listed below are the top 5 training offerings.   Training sessions are available to departments and individuals.  Each session can be modified and personalized to fit the specific needs of a department or group, and customized to range from 1-3 hours in duration.

v  Attitude is Everything

v  Managing Stress: It’s Possible!

This class focuses ways to manage stress, and different ways to approach and view stress.  Communication is the root of many stressors, so there is a focus on communication as well.  Here is an outline of the contents of this presentation:
