Training and Development (T&D) will record training activities for
individual faculty and staff. The Training
Transcript (non-academic) service is intended to document and record
non-academic training, classes, workshops, seminars, and conferences. The goal is to provide a record of your training and
development activities and to facilitate your professional development
planning. You may view your Training Transcript (Classes I have
taken) at any
time at the WWU
Training website (Login and select Training Profile to see the
list).
Your training transcript will be automatically updated with any
class you successfully complete that was listed on the WWU
Training
website by the appropriate WWU training provider. Additionally all information that had previously be
added in Banner (back to 1/1/98) has also been added to your
Training Profile.
We will also record
your non-academic non-WWU training, classes, workshops, seminars, and
conferences that were not listed on the WWU Training website if you
provide us the information. If you would like to have non-academic
training, classes, workshops, seminars, and conferences added to
your Training Profile please go to the WWU
Training
website, select "Add A Class To My Training Profile" and complete
the form. Once the information you provided is approved it
will be added to your Training Profile.
Please note that we will not be recording formal courses
which appear in official college or university transcripts. This
service is intended to record only non-academic training.
