The challenge of work today is "Do more with existing people and
resources." This has resulted in skill gaps, as employees are being
asked to do more than their experience and prior training may have
prepared them for. Again and again, employees are expected to have

own time and at their own pace. In fact, combining technology-based
training with an instructor-led class (Blended Learning) enhances the
learning experience and reduces the time necessary for conducting
the instructor-led sessions.
