Public Service Act and Western Washington University Ethics policies and
procedures.
This on-line training course is designed to enable its participants to:
- Gain an overall understanding of the Ethics in Public Service Act;
- Recognize situations covered by the Ethics in Public Service Act;
- Develop an awareness of the ethical aspects of public actions and
decisions; and
- Learn decision-making techniques that can resolve ethical problems.

- Go to Blackboard Learning System webpage,

- Click on the Login button
- Enter your Universal Login

Novell ID/Username, this username password combination are your ticket to MyWestern, Email and Blackboard.
- Click on the Courses tab
- Click on the Browse Course Catalog hyperlink (right
side of screen)
- A search box will be displayed
- Type ethics into the search box and click go
- A description of the course is displayed
- Click Enroll (right side of the screen)
- Click Submit
- Click OK
- Click (left navigation menu) and read the Course
