• Develop an awareness of the ethical aspects of public actions and decisions; and
• Learn decision-making techniques that can resolve ethical problems.

Detailed Steps to Access the Course the First-time

1. Go to Blackboard Learning System webpage, http://courses.wwu.edu/index.html
2. Click on the Login button
3. Enter your Universal Login

   • What is the Universal Login?  Your Universal Login is a gateway to an array of online resources offered by WWU. Also known as your Novell ID/Username, this username password combination are your ticket to MyWestern, Email and Blackboard.

4. Click on the Courses tab
5. Click on the Browse Course Catalog hyperlink (right side of screen)
   • A search box will be displayed
6. Type ethics into the search box and click go
   • A description of the course is displayed
7. Click Enroll (right side of the screen)
8. Click Submit
9. Click OK
10. Click (left navigation menu) and read the Course Information, It will give you a brief description of the course, the modules and progress checks, how to take the course and the navigation links.
11. Click on Course Modules (left navigation menu) to access the training modules
