be considered for one of our open positions you will
need to apply online. Each job announcement has a
section “Application Instructions” which will
provide direction on any additional materials that may
need to be uploaded or mailed to the department.

Instructions for applying:

Click the
Job Vacancies link on the left side to
view current openings.

Click the Position Title you are interested in to
view the job announcement.

Printing out the Position Announcement is
recommended. You will need to refer to it to complete
the application.

Prepare (optional) an electronic format of your
vita/resume and cover letter demonstrating how you meet
the qualifications listed on the job announcement you
are applying for to upload (or cut and paste) into the application.

Click the “Apply Now” link at
the bottom of the posting.

Select the "Return and Save"
button at the bottom of the application screen if you
need to stop and finish completing the application at a
later time.

After submitting an
on-line application:

If you need to change your contact information,
please update your Applicant Profile through the
Applicant Login

You may check the status
of your application through the Applicant Login
- Write down and save the Job Title and Recruitment # of all positions
for which you apply so that HR may better assist you
with any questions in regards to your application.
