Vacation Bank Reminder
10/6/2004 8:39:41 AM
Vacation accruals that exceed 240 hours must be used by an employee's anniversary date or they are lost. Employees have until the end of the pay period in which their anniversary date occurs to use any excess hours. For example, an employee whose anniversary date is June 6 and who has accrued 250 hours of vacation must use 10 hours by the pay period ending June 15. Paycheck stubs are a good resource for keeping track of current vacation balances. You may also view all of your leave balances on the Employee Web and selecting Employee, View Leave Balances.
