Dental:
Dental insurance is provided to all eligible employees and their qualified
dependent(s) at no additional cost to the employee. Dental coverage cannot
be declined. The State of Washington's PEBB plan has two managed care
dental plans that each have a network of providers to choose from. There
is one fee for the service plan that allows you the flexibility to select any
dentist, but gives you an opportunity to receive higher coverage if the dentist
is in the participating provider organization (PPO).
