Job Location: All positions will be on WWU Main Campus in the Performing Arts Center.
About the Position:
The Music Department maintains a vacancy pool of qualified persons interested in temporary, limited term positions. In anticipation of possible openings throughout the academic year and summer sessions, applications are accepted continuously for temporary non-tenure track teaching positions on a part-time basis with occasional opportunities for temporary, full-time appointments. Positions may become available at any time and are typically filled on a quarterly basis.
Position Responsibilities: Limited term faculty selected to teach in their specialized area will be assigned to teach on a quarterly basis by the Department Chair and/or the Area Coordinator.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Music
Preferred Qualifications: Master of Music, professional experience desired
About the Department: The Music Department and faculty studios, performance areas, and classrooms are in the Performing Arts Center on the main campus of Western Washington University.
