Effective Date: April 10, 2012

Per the Onboarding and Verifying Employment Eligibility policy, all employees, including temporary employees, student employees and graduate assistants, must:

  • Complete required hiring paperwork on or before the employment start date (date listed on EPAF/PA/Student Employment Salaried and Grant Funded e-form)

Human Resources meets with all new employees to complete and collect new hire documentation; except,

  • Satellite offices are responsible for completing the new hire documents for both student employees and employees who are not able to meet with Human Resources by the first day of work,
  • Departments who have remotely located employees must assist Human Resources in coordinating services with an agent
