All new employees, including temporary employees, student
employees and graduate assistants, must complete an I-9 form.
Human Resources meets with all new employees to complete the I-9
form; except,
- Departments are responsible for completing the I-9 form for student
employees,
- Satellite offices are responsible for completing the I-9 forms
for both student employees and employees who are not able to meet
with Human Resources within the first three days of employment,
- Departments who have remotely located employees must assist
Human Resources in coordinating services with an agent, and
- Residence Life must complete and retain I-9 forms for Resident
Assistants.
