ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
FOR COLLEGE QUEST

In addition to the completed registration form and full payment, students are required to submit:
 
  • Recommendation letter from a school teacher, counselor or principal
  • Copy of school transcript

The recommendation and school transcript must be mailed or faxed by June 30 to one of the following:
