The Video Production Certificate program is a unique professional studies program for those interested in the exciting and demanding fields of digital video production. This program offers up-to-date information presented by experienced professionals to ensure that you develop the necessary skills required for entry level roles in the industry or personal projects. The program is open to the public and students of all experience levels are welcome.
 

• Graduate with comprehensive training and a portfolio of projects
• Attend evening and weekend classes October 2009 through August 2010
• Show your video production at the WWU Video Festival
• Earn an optional 12credits

Pre-production - One of the following is required:

• Introduction to Documentary/Non-fiction Video Production
• Introduction to Fiction Video Production

WINTER
Production - Three of the four are required:

• Cinematography & Lighting
• Directing
• Location Sound Recording
• Scriptwriting

SPRING
Post-production - All of the following are required:

• Editing for Film
• Video Production Management
• Post Production Sound

SUMMER
