Application
All students must complete a program application in order to enter the program. Formal application to WWU is not required. See Guidelines for Application. Early application is preferred and priority will be given to students who apply before September 10, 2009.

Registration
After acceptance to the program, students register each quarter either online, by fax, regular mail or in person. Students must register at least one week in advance of the first class meeting. All class fees are due at the time of registration. Many students enroll on a non-credit basis. If credit is desired, students must select credit at the time of registration. Credit cannot be awarded retroactively.

Completion of the Certificate
In order to receive the certificate of completion for the program, students must complete all required courses including three of the four winter quarter classes and the summer project.
