SQL Server Development Specialist
Nearly every software application uses some form of database as its means of storing data – and the database of choice is often Microsoft SQL Server. Efficient use of SQL Server requires careful thought and an understanding of its capabilities. This course is designed to give application developers a thorough grounding in best practices for SQL Server database development.

This certificate program is designed for up and coming database professionals. Each course in the certificate provides practical concepts and tools for the SQL Server Specialist. The project-driven / real world content enables course participants to work on smaller applications as well as a longer database project that may span the full course sequence. Course fees include the SQL Server 2005 Training Kit with books and CDs, one state-of-the-art lab station per person, and access to SQL Server for class projects and assignments. By the end of the second course, class participants should be prepared to take both the Microsoft Certification Exams 70-441 and 70-442.
