Prepare for Professional in Human
Resources Certification
This course provides you with an up-to-date overview of key human resource management concepts and trends and is based on the new 2007 HRCI body of knowledge. It features the SHRM Learning System that includes workbooks, practice test questions, an online resource center and interactive case studies that enhance learning and helps you stay on track. You will benefit from interaction with HR specialists who will share practical knowledge, peer-learning groups, and flexible online course work combined with a dynamic classroom environment.

The HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute)
PHR and SPHR Certification Exams are administered by Thomson Prometric.

Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested in writing prior to the 2nd
class meeting – then tuition will be refunded less a $50
processing fee. No refunds are available after the
second class meeting except in cases of hardship in
immediate family.
