Program cost: 
$195 per adult and child pair (includes instruction, activities and Thursday night's BBQ).  Each additional adult is $135; each additional child is $75.  If you are staying on campus and/or eating meals on campus there are additional costs. (Alumni Association members, WWU faculty and staff receive a $25 discount at time of registration.)

Housing:  $62 for Thursday night, July 17
This is a 2-bedroom university residence hall. Children must share a unit with an adult. Each unit contains four single beds. A maximum of four people are allowed per unit.

Commuting:  If you stay off-campus and drive in each day, there will be parking available for purchase at the Visitors Center. We will have a lounge in the Resident Hall that can be used by day-campers.

Meals:  $26 each for a  “meals only” package
includes one breakfast (Friday) and two lunches (Thursday and Friday) at the Viking Union Dining Hall. Individual meal tickets may also be purchased for cash at the Dining Hall.

Note: The Thursday night BBQ is provided in the program fee.

Cancellation & Refunds:  If you need to cancel your registration in Grandparents “U” you must do so two weeks before the camp start date in order to receive a refund (less a $25 administrative fee). Cancellations received after July 1 will not be eligible for a refund, although arrangements can be made for a substitution in case of unforeseen or emergency situations.
