Assignments for online classes vary somewhat from guided correspondence study courses. Instructors design interactive features, such as threaded discussion, group critiques, and/or virtual chats. Occasionally the instructor may post videos, lectures, etc. to supplement the course curriculum. The speed of the individual’s Internet Service Provider (ISP) will impact the ease of accessing these features. Technical requirements are simply an Internet Browser 5.0 or newer; no additional hardware or software is required.
