North Seattle Community College

Western Washington University located at North Seattle Community College is next to Interstate-5, just 4 miles north of downtown Seattle. If you are coming to the college from the 520 or I-90 bridges, you will be taking Interstate-5 northbound to reach our campus.

Heading North on I-5
Take exit #173 (Northgate exit)
Turn right (South) onto 1st Avenue NE
Turn right again at N 92nd Street
Turn right onto College Way N
The college is on the right

Heading South on I-5:
Take exit #173 (Northgate exit) Go 'WESTBOUND'
Turn right onto N Northgate Way
Turn left onto Meridian Avenue N, which becomes College Way N
The college is on the left



Campus Map/Parking
Parking: If you do not already have a permit, park your car in the visitor's parking lots located on the west side of the campus on College Way North. Visits UNDER 2 hours: Parking is available in the visitor parking lots for a cost of $0.25 for any stay under 45 minutes, or $2 for any visit between 45-minutes and 2 hours. Visits OVER 2 hours: Visits over 2 hours are possible by purchasing a day-permit. Day permits are valid in any parking lot -- except visitor parking. (Visitor parking only allows visits under 2 hours.) Both visitor parking and day permits can be purchased from either of the two yellow 'Parking' kiosks located in the visitor parking lots.

Parking is free on weekends for students who are attending classes. Outside groups wishing to use the college's parking facilities must make arrangements with the campus and will be charged for weekend parking.
