Definitions:
Courses cover a diverse range of liberal arts, science and other topics.

Excursions are usually one day trips to performing arts and other events offering visual learning opportunities.

Travel  typically involves a three day trip into the mountains or coastal waters with a geologist explaining natural wonders. No Travel has been planned for Fall 2009.

Luncheons and Dinners are social gatherings centered on ethnic foods often with a spokesperson explaining the different dishes and providing a cultural background. You may see them referred to as Lifelong Learners Lunching and Chew and Chat.
