Enrollment Deadline and Refund/Cancellation Policy
The deadline for registering for a course is listed under each course
description. Be sure to register early to assure a space and to help
ensure the course or excursion meets its minimum enrollment. Full refund
is granted if a course is cancelled. If you have missed the deadline,
contact us anyway as there might still be room. No reduction in fees is
given for incomplete attendance.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the first meeting of the
course and will be refunded minus a $10.00 handling fee for each
event. There is no refund on excursion cancellation requests submitted
after the registration deadline date if purchase of tickets is required
unless someone is found to buy the unused ticket. A $10.00 handling fee
is also charged for refunds on excursions.
You will receive course confirmation by mail at least one week prior to
the first class meeting. If you do not receive confirmation in time,
please call 360-592-5904 or 360-650-4970.
