Acquisition Information

The Peggy Aiston – Research on Lummi Island History collection was originally a bequest to the Washington State Archives, which transferred the materials to the Center for Pacific Northwest Studies in 1999.

Processing Information

The collection was initially rehoused into acid free folders, and a collection inventory was created.  In April 2004, Amber Raney processed the collection, in accordance with standards established for the Northwest Digital Archives (NWDA) consortium, and created a comprehensive finding aid.
