Instructions:

Each year, all individuals submitting proposals and/or registering for the Continuums of Service conference are asked to create a new profile number. Your profile number will allow you to manage information about your proposal, registration, and contact information in a more efficient manner. Please contact our webmaster, Adrian Pike, at adrian.pike at gmail.com. He will need to know your first name, last name, and email address that you used for your original profile number. Please be patient as his hours are limited from week to week. You will recieve your profile number by email in 3 to 9 days.

Note: Please enter information which will not change for the 2007 conference year. The email address you enter should be a unique and individual address which will be permanently associated with your 2007 profile number.
