What is QuikPAY?

QuikPAY is an e-billing and payment system that allows WWU students to manage their university bill online.

You can use QuikPAY to view your university charges, print a copy of your bill, make secure online payments, and create 'Authorized Payers' who have the ability to view a student's bill and make online payments on their behalf.

With QuikPAY, you have 24-hour access to your university bill from any computer with an Internet connection. You'll receive a monthly notification via your Western email account prompting you to review your statement.

QuikPAY meets the latest security and accessibility requirements. QuikPAY uses advanced security protocols (SSL, firewalls, intrusion detection), so your information is secure at all times. The QuikPAY web site is also ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant, meaning that it meets the accessibility requirements for users with visual disabilities.

With QuikPAY, you can pay your bill within minutes. Save time by creating a Payment Profile for each account you'll use in the future; no more paper checks or stamps; no more waiting in line to pay your bill.

To make a payment, you can use:

  • Your checking or savings account to authorize an electronic transfer. You can only use QuikPAY if you are transferring funds from a U.S. bank.
  • American Express, Discover or MasterCard (sorry, we do not accept VISA) charge cards. A non-refundable service fee (2.75% of the total amount charged) applies to all credit card transactions.

Remember, credit card payments are not accepted when paying in person or via mail. Visa and MasterCard debit cards are accepted when paying in person.
